Prezi....A New and Fabulous Presentation Web2.0 Application
www.Prezi.com has a NEW way of creating presentations that is very cool! They offer a free education version. Take a look at a presentation that is featured on their site on Google Search. A new look....and a great eye catching presentation for the classroom when starting a research project or sharing search options.

These are great links and information.
Google Presentations offers an opportunity to create stories with different endings in a collaborative environment.
This is a template you can try. Google Docs>Create New>From Template Search Copy of Template Digital Collaborative Story Creation
This is a fun writing exercise and it is truly amazing to see the different endings for each story. Middle School students really seem to enjoy this.
Google Features That Make Teachers' Lives Easier Part 2 - Wonder Wheel and Timeline
Google Features That Make Teachers' Lives Easier Part 2 - Wonder Wheel and Timeline
This blog is from someone that was a Technology Resource Teacher and due to cuts went back to the classroom. Instead of whining...she reinvented the classroom!! You rock girl!! The tool she presents here is one of my favorites for students, especially students that may be overwhelmed by all the words on a a Google Search! Wonder Wheel is visual and it simplifies the search for all ages.
The Timeline disappear as an option a few months ago, but due to popular demand it was returned. I love the timeline for statistics and for history.
Making Teachers Nerdy.....in my opinion is Making Classrooms Super Learning Environments!

Free Technology for Teachers: How to Publish a Quiz Using Google Docs
Larry from the blog Freetech4teachers is correct-Using Google Forms for a Quiz is easy and productive!
I have used this template for a while and it works great. Instructions are included on a separate tab!
Using Google Forms for a Quiz works great and gives great instant feedback. I have a template shared on Google with the instructions. I make a short url (TinyURL.com) and provide it in the class for the quiz . If you are giving the same in several classes, I copy the original, mix up or change a few questions.
Thank you again for such a great and informative site!

Welcome to CARE - Computers Are Really Easy
Having a blog is not something I have done in the past. I do send many emails with information to people that I find interesting, however, I have been inspired by several people that I follow on their blogs!!
Tom Barrett and Larry Ferrazio have been great resources for many topics!!
I will be developing this blog based on what I have learned about Google as a Google Application Specialist in a local public school system.
I hope you will check back often!! I am just getting started but I hope to add post and items quickly!
